I can not do any exercise the upper body because my right shoulder and can not exercise any lower body after a knee problem. tried to swim, but also the people pain.Have tried different doctors and physiotherapy, without success ....... I am 34 years old. How to live for the rest of my life without sports?, Probably died young because of the lack of movement. It is very frustrating.
