How long do you think it takes for minor sprained ankle to be healed? - sprained w
I have an ankle sprain last Sunday (9 days), skateboarding and landing a trick. I played football in school and can easily walk without pain and go well, but it's a little pain when i sprint / shuffle. How long do you think until it completely healed?

There is no standard answer - can be painful to walk for several days to several weeks depending on the severity of the sprain - but listen to the body (ankle) and if it is painful stress.
Make it as long as you after 9 days it does not sound bad, but a sprain.
Sprain depends on how serious it is and how I keep trying to leave. If keeping to the foot on a pillow and try to get out of it as much as possible, and two weeks is expected.
